Train the Trainer
Always bespoke to suit the needs of the client - I don't offer a one-size-fits all TTT
As a guide, you can expect an extra day or two on top of a full First Aid at Work course. Ideally, these run best with 6 or so delegates, and can be taken at a suitable pace to ensure everyone gets what they need from it. I completely disagree with throwing people through a TTT course and handing them a piece of paper saying they can deliver this stuff - I'll work hard to make sure you're actually ready.
It isn't prerequisite for attendance, but in order to deliver training you'll need at least a Level 3 award in education and training. Lots of companies offer this so shop around and find someone you feel comfortable with. It doesn't take too long and you can find loads of support online to get you through the qualification.
Get in touch here for a proper chat around your needs - I'm open to ideas. I don't put a specific price here but please don't be put off by that - it's always going to be a little more than the usual course price because it involves extra time to get it right, but it wouldn't be fair in either direction not to discuss needs and options ahead of quoting for such a bespoke service.
